Raises Defense by three stages in battle. Wonder Launcher only.

Used on a party Pokémon in battle : Raises the target’s Defense by three stages. This item can only be obtained or used via the Wonder Launcher.

It drastically raises the Defense stat of a Pokémon in battle. It wears off if the Pokémon is withdrawn.
