Greninja ex 214/167 is a Special Illustration Rare from the Twilight Masquerade expansion. Illustrated by akagi, this Stage 2 Fighting-type card features the Ninja Pokémon, a species documented for spinning compressed water throwing stars fast enough to cleave metal. As a Tera Pokémon, it benefits from a defensive rule that prevents all attack damage done to it while it remains on the Bench.
