Lapras ex #32

Released in the Stellar Crown expansion of the Scarlet & Violet series, Lapras ex (32/142) is a Water-type Basic Tera Pokémon ex with 220 HP. Its Tera status provides a passive rule preventing all attack damage to it while on the Bench, from both friendly and opposing attacks. When Knocked Out, the standard Pokémon ex rule dictates that the opponent takes two Prize cards. The card's flavor text references the "Transport Pokémon" Pokédex entry: "A POKéMON that has been over­ hunted almost to extinction. It can ferry people across the water."

For offense, Lapras ex uses Power Splash, dealing 40 damage multiplied by the number of Energy attached to it. This synergy is supported by its second attack, Larimar Rain, which allows players to look at the top 20 cards of their deck, attach any Energy cards found there to their Pokémon in any configuration, and shuffle the remaining cards.
