Flareon ex (146/131) is a Special Illustration Rare featured in the Prismatic Evolutions expansion. Released in January 2025, this Stage 1 Fire-type Pokémon features 270 HP. As a Tera Pokémon, it is protected from all attack damage while on the Bench. Following the standard ex rule, it yields two Prize cards when Knocked Out.

In combat, Flareon ex provides energy acceleration with its Burning Charge attack, allowing players to search their deck for up to two Basic Energy cards and attach them to one Pokémon. Its second move, Carnelian, imposes a cooldown, preventing it from attacking during the subsequent turn.
