This Special Illustration Rare Jolteon ex (153/131) is a Secret card from the Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions expansion. As a Stage 1 Lightning-type Pokémon with 260 HP, it features the Tera mechanic, which grants it immunity to all attack damage while seated on the Bench. Following the standard Pokémon ex rule, its defeat yields two Prize cards to the opponent.

Its offensive capabilities rely on two distinct attacks. Flashing Spear deals base damage that can be increased by 90 for each Basic Energy discarded from Benched Pokémon, up to a maximum of two.
