Best Flying-Type Pokémon

When discussing the best Flying-type Pokémon, it's impossible not to start with the legends that rule the skies. These Pokémon boast some of the highest base stat totals in the game, placing them in a tier of their own. Take Rayquaza, the Dragon/Flying Sky High Pokémon; it is an absolute offensive juggernaut, capable of tearing through unprepared teams with its incredible Attack and Special Attack stats.
