First, you need to obtain a Leader's Crest. This item is exclusively held by wild Bisharp that are leading a group of Pawniard. Once you have a Bisharp holding this crest, you must use it in battle to defeat three other 'leader' Bisharp—those also found at the center of a Pawniard squad. After successfully defeating the third leader, simply level up your Bisharp (either through battle or by using an item like a Rare Candy) and it will evolve into Kingambit.

Finding Leader's Crest and Target Bisharp
The key to this evolution lies in finding the right targets. Packs of Pawniard led by a Bisharp are most commonly found in the bamboo groves of North Province (Area Two) in Paldea. You'll easily spot them as a single Bisharp surrounded by several kneeling Pawniard.
To get the Leader's Crest, you can either catch the leader Bisharp or use a move like Thief or Covet to steal it. A Pokémon with the Ability Frisk can also help identify which Bisharp is holding the item. Once your Bisharp has the Leader's Crest, remain in the area and hunt down three more of these Bisharp leaders to fulfill the evolution requirement. Remember, your Bisharp must land the finishing blow for the defeat to count.
