How to Evolve Cetoddle

To evolve Cetoddle into Cetitan, you must use an Ice Stone on it directly from your bag. There is no level requirement, time of day restriction, or trading needed. The evolution triggers instantly as soon as the item is applied. You can perform this at any point in your playthrough.

Evolving Cetoddle relies entirely on a single evolutionary stone. Leveling up will never trigger the process naturally.
