How to Evolve Poltchageist

To evolve Poltchageist into Sinistcha, you must use a specific evolution item based on its form. Use an Unremarkable Teacup on a Counterfeit Form Poltchageist, or a Masterpiece Teacup on an Artisan Form Poltchageist. Leveling up or trading will not trigger this evolution.

Poltchageist evolution depends entirely on its specific form. You must identify whether you caught the common variant or the rare variant before attempting to evolve it.
