Step 1: From Togepi to Togetic with Friendship

Step 2: From Togetic to Togekiss with a Shiny Stone
Once you have your Togetic, the next step to get the powerful Togekiss is much more straightforward. Togetic evolves into Togekiss when you use a Shiny Stone on it.
Unlike the Friendship-based evolution, this can be done at any level. As soon as you have a Togetic and a Shiny Stone, you can trigger the evolution. Shiny Stones are evolutionary items that can be found in various locations depending on the game. Look for them in places like Iron Island (Diamond/Pearl/Platinum), Route 8 (Black/White), or as rewards from the Pickup ability or specific in-game events. Simply open your bag, select the Shiny Stone, and use it on Togetic to watch it evolve into the majestic Jubilee Pokémon, Togekiss.
