How to Evolve Whismur

Players draft Exploud for one specific action: Choice Specs Boomburst. With a Base Power of 140, 100% accuracy, and no negative recoil or stat drops, Boomburst breaks through standard defensive walls. Scrappy ensures Ghost-types cannot switch in safely to absorb the hit.

The optimal Exploud build maximizes damage output immediately. Equipping a Choice Specs boosts Special Attack by 50%, locking Exploud into its first selected move.
